How To Create A Guild Eso
Some of the wealthiest players in The Elder Scrolls Online are Guild Masters.
More specifically, large Trading Guilds…Such as the Ethereal Traders Union, which nets millions of gold daily to all of their members and the Guild Bank.
Running a Guild is not a "get-rich-quick" scheme, although it is a good way of earning passive gold income while doing other things in game, whether making more Gold, fighting in Cyrodiil or making Pledges 🙂
However, you don't just simply "become" a Guild Manager, read below on my experience of creating my own Trading Guild.

Starting Off
The hardest part of becoming a successful Guild Master in a profitable Trading Guild is actually STARTING the Guild, and convincing other players to join when you have hardly any members or a Guild Store. But once you have achieved over 100 or more players, it gets a lot more simple, and is very easy to maintain once approaching 500 members (player limit).

When first starting the Guild, try inviting any friends you know that may want to help you start the Guild — or your first member you invite will see that you're the only one, and leave. You will also want a decent name for your Guild, names regarding trade such as "West Covenant Trading Company" are not only lore-friendly, but explain the whole purpose of the guild — trading goods for gold.
New Guild? Bring in the Newbies.
New players are MUCH more likely to join a Trading Guild, especially when they first start and realize that they are only making gold from quests and loot (and really need their first horse) they would be interested in learning how to trade. For a quicker, easy start — aim to recruit newbies and help them grow, I tried this approach and had 500 members in a little over 4 days after creating the Guild!

Another very important factor is an attractive ad to tell in zone chat, the one I used in the beginning was "Want a place to buy & sell goods with players, and make more gold? <Covenant Trading Post> is recruiting, especially new or returning players to ESO, we're here to help"
Not only did I start it by catching the attention of new players needing Gold, but I also stated that we welcome new players and will help them learn trading. So it worked very well in the first day of creation.
One sad fact, there are a lot of players who do not like to chat… As much as I dislike it, I got many members by just inviting everyone I saw in Daggerfall to the Guild, and it was probably 50/50 chance of them accepting, but it was a quick way to achieve members. It's also important to make sure ALL members have the power to invite others, and remind them of this ability.
Growing the Guild
As the Manager of a Trading Guild, you will want to insure that all members are aware of the Guild Store and how to use it, update the Message of the Day with advice on what the Guild Store needs, or speak to them in Guild Chat to encourage Guild Store trading. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO USE GUILD STORE! The lowest rank in guild does not have power by default, you will need to enable it. Be aware that it is your main source of income for the Guild, earning 3.5% sales tax off of each transaction and depositing it into the Guild Bank.
After several hours of advertising and inviting people you see around town, you should have well over 100 members which means you are becoming more established. Remind people to invite their friends, at this point you don't have to admit to being a fresh, newly made guild.
Keep hustling for recruits, do not be picky until you reach 500 members — at which point it should be smooth sailing, you will only need to replace the few members that leave occasionally, or remove inactive players after so many days offline (I kick after 20) unless they let me know so I can make a note.
Mention in your guild info to keep the Guild Store full at all times for maximum profit, players who don't utilize the Guild Store or play actively are taking space that a real Trader could be using. Oh, and be sure to find a few trustworthy Officers to help manage the guild 🙂

Guild Income
Note that the Guild Bank shouldn't be purely for your profit, but to help the Guild as well. It can be used to create or re-design the Guild Heraldry to represent the Guild, or for bidding on Traders to reach out to non-guild members, who may purchase goods from your Guild Store. The best thing to do is try to make a system for paying yourself, without really robbing the bank willy-nilly.
My policy for withdrawing Gold from the guild bank is to take out 10% once per week, so if the Guild has 100,000 Gold in the bank, I will take 10,000 for the week. A Guild of active members should bring in 15-30k or more per week, so you could potentially one day be at 300,000g in the Guild Bank and make that 30k back every week 🙂 but you can make your own policy if you're the boss!
If you want a Guild Trader, you may want to ask for donations to the guild or do weekly raffles, it's unlikely to afford a Trader with just taxes alone — and unprofitable due to their typically very high bidding prices.
Thank you for reading my Guide, and I wish you luck in creating your Guild 🙂
